A Kitten in a Basket

This is my sister's cat, Tingle. He's just as crazy as the rest of my pets so he fits in quite well.

He takes pride in squeezing into the smallest places possible and this basket is his favorite. He has access to the most comfortable cat and dog beds in the house as well as the option to sleep practically anywhere else in the house, but his place of choice is always this tiny basket on the dining room table.

Some people use fruit or flowers as centerpieces on their table. We use Tingle. The one rule about this routine is that he is absolutely not allowed on the table while we're eating or while we have food on the table. Otherwise, we're pretty easy going. I mean, can you really get mad about something so freaking cute?
