the almost holiday

It's Veterans day here in the states.
Most people have it off. N and I do not.

I was really hoping when I got up this morning, that I would drive to the gym and find it closed.
No such luck.
After a weekend of semi-bad eating and no real exercise, the workout was a little rough, today.

I've spent the morning trying to be productive. I've gone to the gym, had a little breakfast , wrote out some bills, took a shower, answered some emails, caught-up on blips (I love that you can back-blip, here), and now I am sitting here, dreading the fact that I have to go into work this afternoon.
All I want to do is hang-out with our children (that would mean our cats), watch the food network, and take cat naps- all day long.
The weekend is officially over for me.

It was good while it lasted.
