I don't get out much!

That's because I work from home and my normal Blips have to be something that's around or about the house. But, being Saturday, I made the decision to go out with the specific intention of taking photographs for today's blip. But it's grey old day out there and all the pictures seemed really flat - and I don't have the s/w skills to enhance them.

This seemed to be the best, hints of colour which may only go to prove it was taken with a colour camera rather than with a grey and white one, like in the old days.

Perhaps I now see the attraction of using software to enhance the images - what do people use that doesn't cost a fortune???
