Persuasive tool this blipfoto site. I started my journal by saying I was just going to take shots and post whatever came out of the camera. But that's not good enough now and I've been intrigued by the blips I've seen where fairly insignificant detail is highlighted by keeping it's colour against a greyscale background.

So now I figured how to do one myself - quite pleased with it but I guess, like with all aspeacts of photo editing, you';; need to know what will work, when to use it and to not overdo it.
