At the beach

Did some more weeding and preparing in the garden and somewhat miraculously, my back didn't hurt today. Yay! I figured after yesterday's efforts I was heading for a bit of discomfort and pain getting back into it for the second day but no - it actually felt pretty good. Makes me wonder whether maybe the constant strain of leaning forward was exactly what it needed. The worst part of today was the sunburn which I just never expected! The best part was going to the plant outlet and buying some new plants ready to relocate in the freshly dug garden.

And after the day's work was done we again headed out for a loosening walk - this time, along C's lovely local beach.
