Tired today. Spent much of it getting ready for next week. Got a load of food prepared for Ophelia and me. Sorted out a bit of laundry. Did a bit of housework.

Grace had a backwards step this morning - she couldn't use her right arm at all (she injured it on Friday. My fault, and I feel awful about it). She gradually used it a little as the day wore on, but it is still very weak.
