We're having that late afternoon Autumn light, coming almost horizontally through the window before the sun goes behind the treetops and the moment is gone. The light is beautiful and it makes great contrasts to the room. If I'm lucky, I get someone playing or - like here - reading in the sunlight.

And it's so frustrating when for a short moment I have the light, I have the model and I have the camera - but not the skills!

So this is my twelve year old. I simply added some contrast and cropped quite a lot. This pic wasn't her favorite but she said it's ok to put it so here it is and any suggestions are welcome :)
