Rafting!!!

It was FREEZING this morning! When my dad went to the car, he checked the outside temperature and it was something below 30 degrees Fahrenheit! That's cold! Other than that, the day was PERFECT! We got our wetsuits on at 10:30, boarded the bus at 10:45, and were on the water by 11:15. I have to admit, the river did look quite threatening at first glance. It was moving so fast and the thought of going over rapids scared me a little...but it was fun! Only one person from our raft fell out and it wasn't me! It was my friend Tom. He fell out within 2 minutes of being on the raft...

We got back around 1:00, took showers, and lounged around for the rest of the afternoon. We played poker, ninja, and UNO. Once again, the stars were fabulous! Mr. R took out his super-fancy telescope and we saw Jupiter magnified 900 times! It was awesome!
