The Garbage Collector

8.30am. Location: Sector 9.

He is the Boss.
He is the Garbage Collector.
No no, the collection from individual houses will be done by his subordinates.
He will just wait there pondering through his debit card and driving license.
Once the collection at that point is over, he will drive the tractor trolley to another corner and reclines into his famous posture.

I spotted him while going to work and when requested for his permission, he readily agreed.
