Dinner

Well, it's not very original, but it is a lovely dinner! It's actually Gary's as I don't like potatoes - but I did think they looked extremely good so wanted to have them in the photo.

I've taken quite a few photos (well, snaps really) today but didn't think any of them were very good when I got them on the larger screen. I seem to have lost the knack of getting things properly in focus with the iphone - had a lovely picture of the cat but his eyes were slightly out of focus so I didn't like it.

Also took one of all my pots of herbs which I'm having to leave with Gary's daughter to look after while we're away. Didn't like that either, and then I got sidetracked clearing the garden a bit and before I knew it, it was dark outside.

But when I saw the fabulous meal Gary was dishing up, I thought I'd try a photo of that instead. Delicious lamb reared in the village we live in, roast butternut squash, broccoli, mini carrots, Yorkshire puds and Gary's special roast potatoes. Oh, and gravy. Yum.
