Final Harvest

These were the last of the squashes and pumpkins we grew this year, with many more already picked. They store well over winter, but with over forty squashes, even I am running out of ideas what to do with them. The little ones that are half- grown I will stuff and cook whole, the rest will end up as soup, pies, bread or chutney.
