Bliss....

After a day at work spent running round like the proverbial headless chicken and then followed up by a session with my personal trainer, a man who has yet to grasp the concept of "I'm buggered, that hurts", this was exactly what I needed. Not the greatest most artistic photo ever, but sums up how I felt!
