I think this blip might be the equivalent of what we used to call (when I was a mixed infant) 'wet play'.

(I'm transported back for a moment...
To those rainy mornings when your Mum said 'wellies to walk to school today'.

And you were left wearing them all day.

And by milk time the sun was beating down.

And thus, we learned the true meaning of that mysterious phrase,
'wellingtons draw your feet'.
Scarred for life?? Nah!)
