London pelicans
I met mum and Rory off the sleeper at an early hour and soon we were off on an explore around London, although not too much of an explore since I'd been warned not to walk the feet off them. We visited the National Gallery to see the last day of the Fred Cayley Robinson exhibition, then we popped into the Mall Galleries to see the Art and the Sea paintings. We had only ten minutes before the gallery closed, but we managed a turbo tour and were mightily impressed.
A wander through St James's Park took us past these pelicans, then we spied on the queen at Buckingham Palace before having a huge meal at Wagamamas. Yum! This built us up to go and see 'Wicked' at the theatre. The costumes and stage sets were fantastic and I loved all the word-play, but the music and singing were a little loud, even for my ears.
