"The Leaking Ballcock Valve"

This am water was seen to be running from the overflow of the "back boiler header tank" onto the back door steps and patio by the ever vigilant Mrs OE. Late am "Mr OE" using his vast plumbing expertise, and under the most difficult circumstances of working in the loft, changed the "ballcock valve", stopped the leak and saved the day.

You can see from the above lefthand photograph the offending leaking valve and on the right hand photograph the "Super 2010 Stopcock Valve" that Mr OE has fitted.

Mr OE has been awarded "1000 Super Points" by ("Keeper of the purse") Mrs OE that he will be able to offset against further menial domestic duties that he is normally required to take part in during the "Autumn Season".
