First pumpkin

I'm still trying to keep up my autumn denial, like other blippers - dis...dat...d'udda, for example, and Tuscany who doesn't like autumn either, although their photos of it are wonderful. But I have to admit that there are some good things about autumn. This is the first time we've grown pumpkins and this is the first one we've picked. I'm using part of it to make pumpkin and mussel soup for friends who are coming to supper tonight.
