Sundown on a Busy Sunday
My Sunday was completeley consumed by meetings. We are about to head into CASBAA week (the Cable and Satelite Broadcasting Association of Asia conference - essentially the biggest trade conference of the year) and the Lionsgate executives were in from the US. Meetings all week, so today was the only day for us to present to them. So not many photo ops.
After our presentations, our CFO was giving me and the Head of Programming a ride home. As we pulled out of the parking garage and drove past the harbour, I gasped at the sunset. My CFO actually asked if I wanted her to stop to take a photo. I couldn't believe it, no one usually humours me like that. Unfortunately, by the time I got out and around the guard rail, the position of the sun had changed (it previously was cut across the top by the clouds, or haze, and it looked like an upside down sunset - as if the horizon was above instead of below). Beautiful nonetheless (too bad I didn't have my SLR with me) and like I always say - I never get tired of sunsets...
