I've been watching.
I've been waiting.

Today was a good day. Had a wee bit of a lie-in, commented on some blips (sorry folks, am gonna have to give up trying to go through everybody's from when I've been away!) Then went to try to drum up some business for a new venture - exciting!

Lazed about for a couple of hours, playing some Football Manager and flicking through photography magazines still looking for inspiration and a project. Having found one, I trekked down to the pier an hour before sunset, where I froze my hands to the point of numbness and beyond to capture some truly uninspired images :(

Back home, had an awesome dinner - steak & boursin wrapped in puff pastry. We normally have these with boiled potatoes, but we're still addicted to chips!

After that, X Factor - the result was fair, I think. Then took some more pics of Mathew, since none of today's were blipworthy. In raw again (the format, not Mathew) I just played with photoshop today. I'm quite pleased with the results, but I don't think my methods were anything approachint orthodox!

Hmmmm.... for some bizarre unknown reason, the background's lighter on blip than it looks in photoshop and flickr.
