Some cake with your port?

A wonderful lunch with friends today to celebrate a birthday and what a luxurious lunch it was. Course after course after course was just better and better and it ended with this very delicious quince and walnut cake with mini toffee apples and rum n raisin ice cream with a glass full of smooth, sexy port. Ah, the rest of the evening was spent in much of a food/drink induced haze, but it was worth it.
