Day 2 - Looe
Woke up with a tiny hangover, full English cooked breakfast and Happy Birthday Wishes from Flick - and the promise of a birthday present.
Off to the B&B in Porthtowan today, but popped in to Looe on the way there after exploring a lovely bit of Bodmin moor. Haven't seen the sea yet.
Plenty of sea and harbours and beaches and rock pools and no tourists except us.
Every local seemed to have a dog. This little dog seemed reluctant to walk. After saying hello to us he realised that his master had gone off into the distance. I'm sure he thought about adopting us for a second, but then slowly walked off in the direction of his fast-receeding owner.
It was very windy wilth a bit of a chill in the air, and my bald head was getting a little cold. Flick took pity on me and bought me a warm hat to keep it cosy. £1.50 in the charity shop - turned out to be the most useful birthday present I've ever had.
Evenually found the B&B.
