seems appropriate enough

today I had my first 'driving in snow' experience of this winter. Not very exciting and only a few flakes but it signals The Beginning of the End.
Not that I like to be over dramatic about things, y'know.
I can't remember anything else much about today - it started early in the cold and dark and *looks out of window* appears to be ending with cold and dark too.
I'm off to read my book, please excuse me.
