A warm soothing bath...

An odd blip more done out of conciousness that I haven't been blipping. There has been several reasons for this... I have been working and for the past 2 and a half weeks I have been having probably one of the worst attacks of IBS that I have had. So much so that I returned to the Docs with it. I know the key to overcoming it is to relax, sometimes that's not so easy to do! Tonight having finished for half term today as we are heading North tomorrow I went for the warm relaxing bath with my favourite smellies... it was lovely and helped a lot. I'm looking forward to getting away up to my native county of Yorkshire and a place that I hold very dear to my heart West Tanfield near Ripon. Can't wait! Hopefully it will be just the down time I need to get myself back on track! Have tomorrow night to get through first!!!
