Sun,Sea,Sand,Shingle and fresh air

I have been given 5 minutes to quickly do my blip before the computer is then out of action for 12 hours backing up!

Today we went to Hayling Island. Took a chance that the weather would hold. A fantastic day doing some old fashion things..no batteries required! Kite flying, stone skimming, wave chasing and walking as a family (plus one).

My idea of heaven is to do all of that and have a bag of chips on the beach too :0)

After the past two weeks, and the total fumigation and cleaning of the house those ozones were most welcome to thoroughly spring clean me :0)
