On the inside the sun still shines

Well, Elizabeth likes the new gate!

She had an adventurous day today. She explored the rest of the sitting room. She played with mummy's car keys, ate mummy's trainers, had a look outside the patio windows, tried to climb up the billy unit and played with the pedal of the exercise bike. And all of that was before her morning nap!

She then slept for an hour and 30 minutes. I had to wake her up because I didn't really want her to sleep too long.

In the afternoon we went to a local playgroup. She had a lot of fun there, and managed to crawl across the room to get to me which was very sweet. Because she's quite little compared to others her age, everyone thought she was very advanced for her age.

For tea tonight she tried some mange tout. She didn't like it.

Elizabeth is staying with her grandparents this weekend, while Jeff and I are in London. My photos over the next few days will not be of Elizabeth.
