Hurra!
Im back blipping here.....
This was last weekend when we were driving up to the mountains to spend the weekend with a group of friends at one of their cabin's. It is about a 3 hour drive that took us almost 5 :) Luckily we got to stop here at "Espa"!
Espa is a gas station which we always stop on the way up towards the mountains...in the direction we normally go - north towards Lille Hammer. In Norway there are these sweet rolls, called BOLLER, they are made with cardemon and a favourite with kids and adults. This particular gas station is known for its fabulous BOLLER :) As you can see with the sign that the kids are all jumping in front of - it is called BOLLE Land! Last year they sold over 1.5 million of these rolls...remember there are not even 5 million people living in this country....it is a lot of Boller :) And they really are yummy!
Anyway - we are all happy when we get there and we always take a good break there...buy coffee and an obscene amount of these Boller :)
