Clearing

Well it might not be a stunning photo but it represents my day today.

My topsy-turvy life has reached a stage where we are preparing to re-wire my mothers house whilst she is in hospital and this means starting to clear out. To start with, I've been sifting through my clothes and files that have been stored there during the period of my marital separation.

In addition, I found stuff that dates back to my childhood!

The exercise has left me with a lot of filing to do - and to deal with my clothes, I have just finished a marathon ironing session.

So I continue tomorrow - maybe next year I might be able to celebrate halloween like everyone else! Meantime I hope everyone is having a good time - I'll settle for another one of my beers now (see last night's blip).
