what a cracking day

Slept til 10am....read my book and had breakfast in bed.
Caught the train up town and mooched around the South Bank.
Delighted to discover ballroom dancing in Royal Festival Hall. The place was teeming with all shapes and sizes. Women with big hair and twinkly shoes and some men with twinkly hair and big shoes. Some ladies danced with other ladies and men danced with men.
Wandered along to the skate park and watched the boarders and bikers doing tricks.
Browsed in Foyles and spotted some great books for Xmas. Unable to resist a book on New London Style.
Cuppa tea and chocolate brownie
Train back home and dinner at Wagamamas
Watched " The Kids are all right" at the Curzon - drank beer.

The only downer was revisiting my photos. Unable to capture any decent shots of either the dancing or the boarders - too fast, too blurry. The only reason this one is any good is that he held that handstand for a LONG time. Sigh! Nevermind...there's always next time
