Chain

A little bit of bike geekery here, my new cassette and chain on my bike. 5 days to the big race and service time. $300 later it emerged, mostly new I think. Chain, cassette, bottom bracket, brake pads and last night I put new tyres on. Good to go one hopes.

Body needs some attention as well I think. Haven't ridden for a few days as busy and/or a sore back. A little Voltaren last night might help relieve it, if so I'll do the last ride in the morning.

Then it's simply a matter of just eating well for the week and hoping the weather is OK. So far it's forecast to snow Friday night (while we are camping at the race start) and then be a great day Saturday. Will be very cold I expect!
