Tartufi

This is what it's all about.. truffles. The white ones are rare and only found in the Piemonte region of Italy. Therefore they cost a lot more than the black truffles. They all taste good though :)

It's been raining all day again.. luckily part of the truffle market is covered. We tried some truffle creams and wine. I bought black truffle cream, truffle butter, tajarin al tartufo and two pots of honey.
