analysis:
i really like mov's approach to this events calendar. the inherent structure of the content called for groupings by event, and the event groupings are designed to look like dates on a calendar or appointment book. the important elements of the ad highlighted in accent orange: the header, the three event days, and the featured exhibits. The eye is drawn to each of the days featured, and then the eye goes automatically to the right, where the event name is placed.

i particularly like the addition of 'cut & keep' plus scissors - it sort of helps make it look like less of an advertisement, or more of a friendly reminder.

and i just noticed that the ad to right of this also serves as an example of eye gaze. :)
