Lull before the storm

Beautiful clear day and mindful of an atrocious weather warning for Sunday evening/Monday morning (high tides, storm coming over the Atlantic, flooding), we headed out to the sea. It was low tide, the colours were blues and oranges and it was wonderfully calm and extraordinarily clear. In the distance we could see Luc and his boat, other than that all living things were confided to a few oyster catchers and gulls.

The rain has now started :(
