I arrived late to work after getting engrossed in taking some photos in the park. I love the way I can start snaping some pictures and I start to take an interest in the little things I hadn't even noticed before I looked through my camera. Like the leaves caught in the bars of the tennis court.
Its also very therapeutic for me. I noticed this morning how my head space was transported just by taking some photos. I feel I really need this creativity,and I must make a point of doing it more often. I need the transportation. Especially at the moment when at times things can feel quite tough.
