We escaped to the coast and had a look at the shops and a stroll along the seafront. It was a nice day. Good to be in a buzzy atmosphere and nice for us to get out the house and have some time together. We seem to have a pattern for ups and downs. I think the downs are done for the time being and we're on the up.x
