Petal kiss on a dreay day

Rather a dreary and rainy day here in the Pacific NW....some laborious close up work to catch these petals kissing. In lew of the day being rather dark the tones here were brown toned to match the day. Saw the movie Red with good friends and had a Y workout and not much else. Sad news to hear our friend with pancreatic cancer is now setting up Hospice care. Will go to see her and her mom--our very close friend - in the morning. So tonight...this petal kiss will symbolize the fragility of life and a goodbye kiss.
