Fresh Snow

The clouds over the mountains lifted for a while this morning and I saw why it has been so cold in the last couple of days. The snow was down to the foothills.

Although I slept quite well last night, even going back to sleep promptly after an earthquake woke me, I have felt more tired and achy than I did yesterday. My son says he always feels worse the second day after unusual physical activity so perhaps I take after him. Tomorrow will be different, I'm sure.
