Board Meeting...

Today was our annual general meeting. This year we held it in the new East Kilbride indoor skatepark. 36,000 square feet# of fresh plywood terrain.

It's always good to get a committee skate session and here we have Paul attacking the most brutal transition in the place. Not only is he managing a brilliantly formed rock fakie on a 6 foot ramp of which 3 or 4 of that is completely vertical, you might also notice that this section hasn't been completely finished and the entry transition was a bit gnarley.

It looks rather elegant and floaty doesn't it. It is very elegant but the nature of the ramp means that Paul has run up the ramp, hit the top and bolted back down very quickly. The whole thing from bottom of the ramp to the top and back to the bottom is over in less than a second. Very impressive.


# It's not completely finished yet with the bowl and foam pit still to be constructed so I guess it doesn't quite hit the 36,000 square feet that it advertises itself as.
