I used to sing the opening to this song* a bunch, and then would trail off since I didn't really know the rest of the words. It was apparently written about a totalitarian state, but I thought it was about how friggin awesome it is (in a sort of ironic and not really cool way) to wear sunglasses at night. So that's how I'll think of it.
