Today's Roofing Lesson.

Ridge tiles cannot be cemented onto a roof in hailstones or rain. Brave roofers will work in high winds but even they cannot compete with hailstones.

Let's hope this afternoon's sunset means the forecasted dry weather tomorrow materializes and the roof can get fixed.
