Somewhere Over The Rainbow...

Skies are blue. Just not in Tain this afternoon.

The in-laws are up this weekend so whilst the boys headed for golf the girls took off for Beauly and a look round the house of beauly. It is a very nice shop full of the kind of things you would like to buy but have neither the need nor money for. To be fair I should have realised that the stock would be out of my price range just from the number of Range Rovers and well-fed, horsey looking ladies in barbour jackets milling round the car park. Still, the restaurant does a mean bowl of lentil soup that doesn't break the bank too badly.

After that we headed to meet the men-folk in Tain and were treated to a lovely meal out at Carnegies.
