What's That Coming Over The Hill?

Is it a monster? Not according to Abi. It's a snake. The first night in weeks that Katy has slept through and we were woken at stupid o'clock by hysterical screams from Abis room. after rocketing out of bed to investigate we found her huddled under the covers shouting "snake! snake!". On turning on the light she was relieved to discover it was in fact the arch from Katys play mat. Think she felt a little foolish.

The grandparents were leaving today which is always a cause for upset. After much crying and pleas to take her with them grandpa handed Abi over a tenner. She looked at it and continued to cry until five minutes later he handed over a twenty at which point the tears miraculously dried and she started planning a trip to Tesco. Emotional blackmail.
