bit 'a sunshine

through rain, snow, sleet... still standing...

i've no idea - which is so often the case with me and flowers - what this little one is called but it is strong in character that's for sure, if a flower has character.... because it's continuing to be upright in all kinds of weather.

as i was coming out of yet another doctor appt late this afternoon, it occurred to me i had not yet blipped - oh no!! out into the billowy wind and brisk cold i went, and out of the corner of my eye saw a spot of yellow. looking over i noticed two lone blossoms remaining on a small bush that was being whipped about. i can't believe i got a clear enough picture to post but figure it will brighten the day for us... it put a smile on my face...

now i'm going to have some soup for dinner and get warm...

happy day and guess what? already on the downside to another weekend... yay!
