Work out on swiss ball

Breakfast

Wash under blanket from bed

Wash fur child bedding

Put chicken in slow cooker to roast

Dust house from top to bottom

Swap duvet for summer weight and store other in loft

Turn mattress over and put back on bed

Vacuum upstairs and down

Bring dry washing in (it's a scorcher), fold and put away

Clean loo and bathroom

Tidy lounge and dining room

Lunch

Bake chicken drums and frittata to freeze later

Bring washing in

Make bed

Still to process fur child bedding, deal with cooked food to be frozen and make a salad to go with the cooling roast chicken, but now it's time to relax with music and my book.
