Sleep, smashing pub lunch in a new gem just down the road (BLTs and chips and perfectly served pints of 'Fox' ale), followed by a muddy walk with J along the Thames from Bourne End to Marlow, through a field of cows merrily munching on the sodden grass. The end products (massive cowpats) had to be nimbly avoided...

Feet up now for the rest of the evening - wine and crap TV awaits.
