Dark Puffy Clouds Over Lake

Here is my desperation blip. I could see that there was going to be a great sunset, but I was still working. Our department closes at 4:00, and I still had a break coming, so I ran outside to the dock and took this shot as the sun was coming down.

There was still about 20 minutes until I could leave, so as soon as I could, I drove as fast as I could, without getting a ticket, to the dock that is close to my house. I was so frustrated because the sun had gone down and it was too dark.

There was a group of homeless people there with a campfire cooking some crab, and this guy said "You should have been here just a few minutes ago; it was awesome." That was all I needed to hear. This is a going to be a very frustrating few months with the sun setting before I get off work. Guess I will just have to retire. I'm not kidding!
