A nice day everywhere but here.

It was a lovely day outside today. But it was also my first day off from work/uni/school because of illness in 11 years. So this is just about as far as I got all day. Meh!

The worst of it was over well before midday, but I was left feeling pretty drained. I reckon it was self inflicted- food poisoning. But I didn't want to chance it being a bug and infecting other folk. Even if I did feel safe to drive to Livingston to find some people to try and infect.

I'm about to try some toast for supper. I think I've got the point where its hard to tell the difference between feeling ill and feeling hungry. With a little luck, a bit of food will set me right so that it's just one day off.
