A day of rain

I planned to go for a walk and take some photos of interest this afternoon, but it rained... rained a lot. In fact it rained so heavily that I got a bus home. I never do that.

It rained more or less all day, except for this brief moment of light in the sky.

Despite being about 1 mile away, the advertisement board you can see in the photo shines through our window at night. Up close it seems quite small, but when the blinds are up at night time it's enough to keep me awake.
