The Homestead Cat

Our family had all headed back home to Ohio, except Bryan who was headed for Australia for a semester of schooling. Bob and I had two more relaxing days to enjoy at The Homestead, but it was pouring rain. We staked out a couple of chairs on their wonderful (and huge) front porch...the old fashioned kind with lots of rocking chairs and clusters of comfy chairs for conversation...and we watched the rain pour down. Talk about relaxing. The Homestead Cat wandered by, looking for a handout most likely, and I thought she would make a good blip. She posed so nicely.
