All good things have to end...backblip

Today was our last full day at The Homestead. It rained off and on, which we didn't mind because the weather has been so dry this summer. It was a wonderful, delightful, restful day. I will recommend a visit to The Homestead for anyone who just wants to get away, relax, play golf, swim, hike, eat fantastic breakfasts (and other great meals too), and just plain enjoy life. We have our kids to thank for this special holiday. It was their idea. They arranged it all as an anniversary treat for us, and it was fantastic.
