Big bad brown

I headed around to Tom's place tonight to yarn, photograph a bottling session and of course sample a brew or two ;-)

Tom bottled the IPA (India Pale Ale) he and Gary brewed a couple of weeks ago. The brew is called 'GT' (Gary and Tom), the brew being split in half and brewed according to each of their methods. I have one bottle that is a hybrid of both, and a couple of each brewers method. Far be it from me to compare and comment ;-)

Tom is pouring 'big, bad brown' in today's blip. We also sampled his wheat beer that recently won an award in the Lincoln brewing competition. It's divine but you'll have to make my word for it.

I need to get Tom onto brewing gluten free beer :-)
