Saturday afternoon

Today's the day ..................... to floor the attic

Oh dear - this doesn't look like a man happy in his work, I know. He would much rather have been watching the rugby on the television - although at least Wales wasn't playing.

But it was just something that had to be done. Now that the stairs to the attic are in, it was time to put down the floor boards. It's a right mucky job too - and cold up there.

It's done though - so now we (I say we - all I've done so far is supply the mugs of tea and inspected progress from the hatch) can get on with Phase 2 - sorting what's up there in all the boxes ...............!
